CHDLOC issue on R2 solved

I wanted to use specflat/v1_20 for solving the CHDLOC issue on R2 camera. For further information on CHDLOC issue, go to https://trac.sdss.org/ticket/2099

"It seems that Matt updated the bad pixel mask in v1_21 to include a wide swath of bad columns around fiber 525 on r2. This new mask is found in v1_21/flats/badpixels-56649-r2.fits.gz. The new mask caused the trace320crude and the quicktrace routines to misbehave in the regions where they had no information due to the presence of the mask. This swath of bad columns is not present in v1_20/flats/badpixels-56149-r2.fits.gz When running the flat field extraction in SoS, the trace centers go wild for the fibers found in the vicinity of this mask. the wild traces are causing the failure in trace_match that causes the science exposures to fail. When changed to specflat to v1_20 and re-run aporeduce, the problem resolves, the trace centers are well-behaved, and the science exposures reduce."
But, module switch shows the following error
[u0992250@eboss:~]$ module switch specflat v1_20
+(0):ERROR:0: Unable to locate a modulefile for 'v1_20'
I think specflat v_120 is not installed under my userid. I tried installing through sdss4install, But, got permission denied. Have contacted Joel to install specflat/v1_20 under my username at utah.
